Cloudy Comfy Shipping Warranty
The Cloudy Comfy Shipping Warranty protects your purchases on our platform by ensuring the condition of your items at delivery and that you receive the correct item as ordered. If your delivery is unsatisfactory, you can report the issue to us, and our team will determine if you’re eligible for a refund or replacement.
Eligibility for a Refund or Replacement
You may request a refund or replacement under the Shipping Warranty if:
- Your package is lost or stolen in transit (including stolen off the porch, with conditions below).
- You receive an order that is different than expected or damaged, and you’ve requested a refund.
Specific Conditions

For items stolen off the porch:
- A police report must be filed and emailed to support@cloudycomfy.com with the subject line “Shipping Warranty.”
- The item must be marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.
- The shipping address provided must be correct.

For different or damaged items:
- Email us a photo of the damaged item to support@cloudycomfy.com.
- If the issue is verified with a photo, you don’t need to return the item.
- We may offer a 50%-off-retail code with ordering instructions for items damaged due to the negligence of others.
Warranty Timeframe
- If a package is marked as delivered, claims must be submitted within 10 days of the delivery date.
- For lost or stolen packages in transit, claims can be filed up to 30 days after the maximum estimated delivery date.
Exclusions
- This warranty only applies to purchases made on the Cloudy Comfy Platform and tracked through a shipping carrier.
- It does not apply if you provided an incorrect shipping address.
- Claims are ineligible if you file a chargeback with your payment provider or bank.
- This is not an insurance product, and no insurance is offered directly to you.
Important Notes
- The Shipping Warranty is optional at the time of purchase.
- It does not cover orders exceeding USD 150.00 in value.
- All fees paid for the Shipping Warranty are nonrefundable and non-transferable.
- You’re responsible for all applicable taxes and duties related to your order’s delivery.
- Cloudy Comfy reserves the right to change the pricing of this service at any time.
