At Cloudy Comfy, we’re committed to your satisfaction with every custom t-shirt, hoodie, sweatshirt, poster, phone case, and more. We aim to bring you comfort and joy, and we stand by the quality of our products. Here’s our Refund & Replacement Policy to ensure a seamless experience.

Eligible for Refund or Replacement within 30 Days

We offer a full refund or free replacement within 30 days of delivery for the following cases:

  • Defective/Damaged Items: If your item arrives damaged, torn, or with printing errors (e.g., faded graphics, misaligned designs, or poor print quality).
  • Incorrect Product: If the product doesn’t match your order details, customization specifications, or what was shown on the order screen.
  • Wrong Size: If the delivered size differs from what you ordered (e.g., ordered a Medium but received a Small).
  • Missing Items: If part of your order is lost or missing during shipping.

In these cases, you won’t need to return the original item once your claim is approved.

Non-Eligible Cases for Refund or Replacement

We’re unable to offer refunds or replacements in the following situations:

  • Requests submitted after 30 days from the delivery date.
  • Customer errors (e.g., mistakes in size selection, design choices, shipping address, or customization details like typos or low-quality images).
  • Items damaged due to improper care, washing, or handling.
  • Products that have been worn, washed, soiled, or altered (including missing original tags).
  • Changes of mind or personal preference (e.g., not liking the fit, feel, or design after ordering).
  • Items marked as “Final Sale” during promotions (e.g., Halloween, Christmas, Black Friday).

Note: Shipping, handling, taxes, and additional service fees are nonrefundable.

How to Request a Refund or Replacement

To initiate a claim, please contact our support team within 30 days of receiving your order via email at support@cloudycomfy.com or submit a ticket through our Contact Us page. Include the following details:

  • Your name and the email address used for the order.
  • Your order number.
  • A clear description of the issue.
  • Photos of the affected item(s), including:
    • Apparel: The garment’s label and a photo of the full item. Include any size discrepancies.
    • Posters: An image of the entire poster on a flat surface.
    • Phone Cases: Pictures of both the front and back of the case.
    • Other Items: A photo of the whole product and relevant close-ups showing the issue.
  • Your preference for a refund or replacement.

Please keep the item and packaging until your claim is reviewed, as additional photos may be requested.

Processing Refunds and Replacements

Once your claim is approved:

  • Refunds: Processed to your original payment method (Credit/Debit Card: up to 10 business days; PayPal: 3-5 business days).
  • Replacements: A new item will be shipped to you at no additional cost, with no need to return the original (for eligible cases).

If a return is requested (in rare cases), customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Items must be unused and in perfect condition to qualify for a refund or replacement.

Important Notes

We encourage you to double-check your order details (size, design, shipping address, etc.) before submitting to avoid errors. We’re not responsible for mistakes caused by customers, such as typos in custom text or low-quality images uploaded for personalization.
