How to Modify or Cancel Your Order
We start production quickly, but we’ll try to accommodate modifications or cancellations before processing begins. Follow these steps:
1. Check the Modification and Cancellation Time Policy
Orders can be modified or canceled within 2 hours of placement.
After this time, orders are locked and cannot be changed or canceled.
2. Contact Us
Within the 2-hour window, email us at support@cloudycomfy.com or submit a ticket via our Contact Us page.
Include your order number and specify if you want to modify or cancel, along with any details for faster processing.
If your card was declined, please review the following:
- Ensure that the name, address, and zip/postal code entered in the “Payment Information” field is exactly as it appears on your card statement.
- Confirm that the credit card number, expiration date, and card verification number are correct.
- What is a CVV Number and how do I find it?
- What is the Billing Postal Code and why do I need it?
We recommend contacting your issuing bank or financial institution to verify your information and ensure no holds are placed on your account if this does not work.

If you did not receive a confirmation email, the email might have been directed to your spam folder. If it is not there, don’t hesitate to reach out to us, as we may have the incorrect email on file. Please include the name on the shipping information, your email, and anything else that might be helpful.
